Directions: Simmer 1 tbsp of Tea Blend per 16-20oz of water in a pot for 10 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat and let stand for a few more minutes. Strain and drink as day water (cold or hot). Add honey if desired, Do Not add sugar! Add honey if desired
